THRIVING IN PERIMENOPAUSE

Feel better in your body. Reclaim your energy. Thrive through the transition.

An 8-week nutrition and lifestyle coaching program for women navigating perimenopause who are ready to stop guessing and start feeling more in control of their health.

Are you doing your best to eat well, stay active and manage everything life throws at you, yet something feels different?

Your energy has changed. Your sleep isn't what it used to be. Your body is responding differently. You may be struggling with cravings, brain fog or changes in your weight, and you're wondering what happened to the woman you used to feel like.

You're not imagining it, and you don't have to navigate this season alone.

Thriving in Perimenopause gives you practical tools, personalized guidance and supportive accountability to help you understand your changing body and build healthier habits that work for your life.

The next cohort begins in January 2027!

Your next chapter can feel different. Let's start building healthier habits together.

DOES ANY OF THIS SOUND FAMILIAR?

Perimenopause can feel confusing, especially when the things that used to work for your body no longer seem to work the same way.

You might be experiencing:

01. Unpredictable energy

You're exhausted by mid-afternoon, rely on caffeine or sugary snacks to get through the day, and still have a long list of things to do.

02. Brain fog and difficulty concentrating

You walk into a room and forget why you're there. You struggle to find the right word or find yourself rereading the same email. It's frustrating when you need to be sharp at work and at home.

03. Changes in your body

Your clothes fit differently. You're noticing changes around your waist or changes in muscle and strength, even though your routines haven't changed much.

04. Cravings and changing hunger patterns

You skip meals because you're busy, don't eat enough during the day, and find yourself reaching for snacks or craving sweets later.

05. Poor sleep and feeling overwhelmed

You're tired but struggle to sleep well. You wake up feeling unrefreshed, and everyday responsibilities seem to require more energy than before.

06. Feeling unsure about what your body needs

You hear conflicting advice about hormones, supplements, food and exercise. You're trying to do the right things, but you don't know where to start.

Perimenopause affects women differently. Symptoms can involve sleep, mood, menstrual changes, concentration and physical wellbeing. You deserve to have your concerns taken seriously and to understand the support options available to you.

You don't need another restrictive diet or an unrealistic wellness routine. You need a practical approach that works with your life.

YOUR GUIDE ON THIS JOURNEY

Meet Alicia

Hi, I'm Alicia!

I'm a Certified Personal Trainer through ACE and a Nutrition Coach specializing in Hormone Health through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. I have a background in business administration and have worked in the health, wellness and fitness industry since 2016.

My passion for supporting women through perimenopause is personal.

After becoming a mother, I experienced firsthand how confusing it can feel to navigate changes in your body while balancing family, work and everyday responsibilities. My own journey toward understanding nutrition and wellness inspired me to learn more and help other women find practical ways to care for themselves.

I believe women deserve more than conflicting advice, restrictive diets and the message that feeling exhausted is simply part of getting older.

My approach combines nutrition education, sustainable habits and realistic lifestyle strategies to help women understand their bodies and make more informed choices about their health.

My mission is to help women 35+ feel more confident, nourished, strong and supported as they navigate perimenopause and beyond.

You deserve to make your health a priority, too.

REAL WOMEN. REAL EXPERIENCES.

Don't just take my word for it.

One of the most rewarding parts of coaching is seeing women become more aware of their habits, gain a better understanding of their bodies and recognize the progress they're making.

Here's what women who have participated in Thriving in Perimenopause have shared about their experience:

“I used to feel intense tiredness at the end of a day and would fall asleep automatically during sitting activities in the evenings - even if it was something mentally engaging. I also had not enjoyed a full night of sleep since I was 25. I experienced being able to sleep straight through the night and even if I wake up to use the restroom, going right back to sleep is not difficult. The first time it happened I was surprised. I had just resigned myself to the fact that, that was my life. I had been feeling very low energy prior to the program and I hated the feeling. I used to walk up the stairs in my house and pant. Before the program ended my energy and my stamina took an upturn. I remember taking a quick sprint and not feeling out of breath or have my chest heaving. I am enjoying the benefits.”

— Sherelle

“My relationship with food has completely changed. I still love eating and enjoying food, but I now have a much better understanding of the difference between eating simply for enjoyment and eating to nourish, fuel, and support my body. I’m more intentional about my choices without feeling deprived, restricted, or like I can’t enjoy the foods I love.

Perhaps one of my biggest takeaways has been learning to love my body again. I’ve gained a renewed appreciation for what my body is capable of, especially in my 40s. I now understand that getting results is still possible at this stage of life—it’s about using the right nutrition, the right exercises, consistency, and understanding what your body actually needs. Its not about perfection,  its about being the best YOU!”

— Sarah

“This was a beautiful journey and so well needed. It was extremely enlightening to learn about our bodies during perimenopause. I truly enjoyed and continue to enjoy the support from Alicia and the group in our safe and non-judgmental space.”

“My bloating and inflammation have reduced!”

— [Melissa]

“My experience was eye opening and life altering. I now understand nutrition’s direct impact on my body in almost real time; and, that the adjustments are not hard. Any minor adjustment to a habit can have a major impact on quality of life.” - Anonymous
