I am a Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach specializing in hormone health and sustainable lifestyle strategies for busy professionals. I know what it’s like to juggle the various elements of life, motherhood, work life and the many other aspects. As someone who worked in Corporate for many years I have a deep understanding of the struggles employees face to incorporate healthy eating and movement that supports productivity. When stress hits, it's easy to find solace in comfort food that impacts our health and performance negatively. I have lived experience that it is possible to make healthy choices and improve wellness within the workplace.

My approach combines evidence-based nutrition principles with practical, culturally relevant strategies tailored for Jamaican workplaces. Workouts are designed in such a that feels realistic enough to fit into your busy life. Gone are the days when a 1 hour workout was the gold standard for exercise!
