This routine can be done every day. Do it as an add on to your regular workout or on its own.
Here are a few things to remember for today's session:
Activate/engage the Core before each exercise - engage pelvic floor first and then lower Abs.
Exhale on exertion
Ensure that your back is completely connected to the mat when performing these exercises.
Each move will be performed for 30 seconds in 2 Circuits.
