I’m Alicia, a wife, a mother and passionate about helping Moms achieve their fitness and wellness goals. I help women, especially postpartum women feel strong, fit, confident and like themselves. This studio is designed to help you take control of your fitness after pregnancy. You’ll find exercises here that takes into consideration your c-section, DR, post pregnancy posture, pelvic floor issues and more.
I’m an ACE Certified Personal Trainer, Fitness Nutrition Specialist (ACE), NASM Women’s Fitness Specialist, Pregnancy and Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist and Barre Instructor.
